Helping Women in Corporate Hong Kong & Asia to Build a Fulfilling Life.

In this episode, I’m talking with Pin Cher, from a place I used to call Home before the pandemic and one of my top 5 spots in the world, the beautiful Hong Kong, aka the Pearl of Asia. Pin has an inspiring story and a beautiful mission. She was born and raised in Germany then in 2011, moved to Hong Kong to start her career in the corporate world. She went on to climb the corporate ladder and was doing quite well but she felt unfulfilled and wanted more so she recently quit her job. Now, she’s been following her heart and started her own business where she helps corporate women in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and China to follower their dreams and build a meaningful business and life filled with passion.

After quitting her job, what allowed her to overcome the fear and stress of having just quit a high paying job was by asking herself the right questions, namely one question that helped her the most: “What is the worst that can happen?” That question allowed her to see that the worst case scenario is that she might lose a bit of money but that she can always get another job pretty fast. That gave her the peace of mind to go all in with following her heart and her business. We brainstormed live a bit about who her ideal client avatar would be as well as the best way to structure her programme.

On top of that, she’s a big advocate against animal abuse and as such, she lives a vegan lifestyle. The way she became a vegan has a touching story to it and you’ll see how by having a spiritual awakening, we become more compassionate towards animals.

This is a fun conversation with a true Enlightened Soul and a real Leader With A Heart. You’ll enjoy it! 🙂

People in Transition

If you just “hate” your job or you just don’t like where you’re at, it is not enough to just be down/upset, you need to act, to wallow in your negative feelings, do something.
· In change, people feel fear, of what others think or their judgement of you and of the unknown, you need to understand where this fear is coming from and do the things needed to overcome the fear.
· Describing what a coach is and is not, and how someone in job transition might use one.
· Being clear what type of job and environment, you want and use the key words in LinkedIn to find jobs that match your needs/expectations.
· “Feel the fear and do it anyway” is my best job transition advice.
It’s a really warm, caring and reflective episode.

Finding Your Authentic Purpose | With Martijn Van Eijk

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to this episode and I’d like you to meet Martijn Van Eijk based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
He is a Conscious Entrepreneur & The Life Coach for people in their 30’s with life questions. He used to work in the international luxury hotel industry for 10 years. After meeting his meditation guru Davidji he was on his journey of transformation starting with meditation and mindfulness, later followed with coaching and starting his own business in early 2019.
This podcast is for everyone who aspires to live a life of riches. Not the riches that money can buy – the riches that make for a life of abundance; a life that includes meaningful relationships, light-hearted moments, and a strong sense of self – a life well-lived.
It gives you stories not just to feed your curiosity, but as well to inspire you to pursue your passions, and feel connected– a place to feel empowered to create the best version of yourself.
I warmly invite you to tune in and join us for this raw and vulnerable conversation about what it means to find your authentic purpose.
Martijn shares his insights about his reflections and being true to himself and what it means to follow your values to gain happiness, satisfaction and fulfilment.
Martijn just changed his coaching practise from coaching ‘ professionals, ‘ leaders’, and ‘ achievers. He realized he didn’t feel good, even though he had great opportunities, however it took too much energy as he mentioned he was driven by ego and always needed to present himself as someone else.
Now, he focuses on working with a group of people that resonates most with him.
People in their 30’s with life questions. The people who are in the middle of life, and they’ve achieved quite a bit. Now, having all they thought was important, they find themselves questioning if this is it?
What do I really want in life, and how can I get there? They feel like there is so much more. However, it doesn’t seem to flow and they end up doing what they think they need to do. But for all that, it irrigates them because it is a returning question. It is like having a tiny stone in your shoe when walking.
Martijn knows too well how it feels like and understand this quest.
So now we are having this very interesting conversation because this is where life can unfold itself in something extraordinary when living up to your authentic self.
